Thursday, the day before the con, I was told there were volunteer opportunities to help set up and stuff. I live in the area, so I would love to come down to help.
I was wondering if there is a specific time that would be appropriate to come down in help?

Okay, I just got off the phone with our Volunteers Department and she said to show up somewhere around 5-5:30 pm on Thursday. You can show up later if needed, we'll be working for a while.

It takes a couple hours, and will depend on how many people show up to help. Could be three hours *crosses fingers REALLY hard* could be eight... but we go until ti's done of course. I'd put an average educated guess at four to five hours assuming the best in volunteers show.

Well, around 4 - 4:30 we're going to head to the warehouse and load up the truck. You're welcome to do that, but having 30 people doesn't really work out so we don't tell people to show up until later. |
